Because Great Wine is Worth the Wait – But We’ll Get it to You as Fast as Possible! 🍷

At Wine Sherlock, we take shipping as seriously as we take wine. Below are the details on how your favorite bottles make their way to you.

1. Where We Ship

  • We currently ship to select regions (because some places have really strict wine laws – go figure!). Check our shipping zones before placing an order.

  • No PO Boxes, sorry! Wine needs a real home (or a well-addressed business).

2. Shipping Times – Patience is a Virtue (Especially with Wine)

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery times depend on your location, the shipping carrier, and whether the wine gods are smiling down on us. Expect your bottles to arrive within 3-10 business days.

  • Weather conditions (extreme heat or cold) may delay shipping. We don’t want your wine getting cooked or frozen!

3. Shipping Costs – No Hidden Fees, Just Wine Love

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping? Sometimes! Keep an eye out for promotions.

  • Additional fees may apply for remote locations or special delivery requests.

4. Signature Required – No Porch Pirates Allowed

  • Someone 18+ must sign for the delivery. This isn’t just our rule—it’s the law!

  • If no one is home, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold your package for pickup.

  • If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Shipping Issues – When Things Go Sideways

  • If your package is delayed or lost, let us know at shipping@wine-sherlock.com and we’ll track it down like a sommelier hunting for a rare vintage.

  • Damaged upon arrival? Snap some photos and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll make it right!

6. International Shipping – For Now, No Jet-Setting Bottles

  • Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping (we’re working on it!). Stay tuned for updates!

7. Changes to Shipping Policy – Because Life (and Logistics) Happens

  • We may update this policy as needed. If you continue shopping with us, that means you’re cool with any changes.
