Domaine de Julien Brocard, the estate of the "7 Lieux" brings together the seven wines that come exclusively from its own plots. "La Boissonneuse" is one of them and benefits from the special "Kimmeridge" terroir, which gives it its finesse and minerality. A soil profile consisting of clay and limestone, full of fossils, gives a very aromatic, intense and complex Chablis like this one. A densely woven Chardonnay with aromas reminiscent of stone fruit, mint, Granny Smith, peel of citrus fruits and oriental spices. On the palate it presents itself complex and at the same time precise with mineral freshness.
